As per the Egyptian law if you wish to return the product(s), it’s within your rights to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, even if the product is not defective. However, there are certain conditions as highlighted below:

* Your cancellation period is valid for up to 14 days after the day in which you receive the product.

* To be eligible for a product(s) return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and the product(s) should be in the original packaging as received.
* Products should not have been used and any tags or labels that come with the product should not have been removed.

*  Please contact info@homestamp.shop to start the return process. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping company to collect the item.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged.

Homestamp will process your refund with the same procedure you used to pay within 10 business days after your returned item/s is received and delivered to the vendor. Please note it can take up to 10 days for the vendor to receive your return.

Please return the product(s) along with the original packaging included in your shipment when returning a product.
After receiving your returned product, Homestamp along will the vendor shall inspect the returned item(s) as per your reason(s) of return, and once an approval from Homestamp team and the original vendor, your refund will be credited directly back to the original payment method used.
Your refund will be processed up to 10 business days from when your return is received. Â Â
Damages and issues:
We recommend that all buyers are to check their product(s) once they receive it to ensure that no item is received in a damaged or defected condition so that if there are any issues, Homestamp would move in a timely manner to solve them.
